Well, for the Edgeland part of the evening I don't really a have a clue but I guess (almost) all of the tracks were played. Some tracks I recognised in random order (heard before or title in the lyrics):
- Slummin' it for the Weekend
- Your Perfume Was The Best Thing

- Angel Café
- Cut Clouds
- The Boy with the Jigsaw Puzzle Fingers
- Out of Darkness (Japan only track)
But more were played for sure.
For the Underworld covers:

Furthermore Karl mentioned a lot of Underworld-lyrics were inspired by and written in Amsterdam. I wonder which ones?
