Oh, sorry, I misunderstood. I downloaded it with no problem. In Chrome, just right-click "Inspect Element", click on the Network tab (do this before going to the page). Once you get to the page with the video starting to download, look for the element in the list that is getting very big as it downloads. Right-click and Copy Link Address.
