I'm sorry you've had such bad experiences with PayPal... I don't see the UW shop not refunding you if you didn't receive an item they shipped out to you. It should have been sent insured, and if it got lost, atleast the value of the item would have been covered...
Did you ever contact them about it? As far as Yannick... he's a veteran here on the forums and has been for as far as I can remember... I think I first communicated with him via e-mail back when Beaucoup Fish was released...
I know some here are getting frustrated in regards to the tags, but I'm sure they'll come in time. Since he hasn't been around lately on the forums... - I'm just hoping he's alright at this point...
