There was originally planned to be a retail CD release of the single with that catalog number:

But then it was shelved. Most of the OwB promos that came out did not have catalog numbers (unlike the Barking promos). However, I am aware of this PIAS promo you're talking about, but have not actually seen one. This is the one with actual cover art for the promo, right? If you have any photos of it and/or can add information about it to Discogs (I think it might be
this one?), it would be much appreciated.
