hmm, I was kicking about the name more than the actually characters themselves. I definetly never meant that Rick and Karl were the models for Lo and Rez (esp. since UW was a 3 member band when Idoru was written).

I see the Bono and The Edge comparision to be very fitting though. I'm glad that joethelion mentioned that since I hadn't heard that before.

_speaking of U2, boys if you read our posts we'd still love to hear that Mofo mix, especially now that karl mentioned revisiting the tapes_
