Well, this is getting silly. I preordered the 3disc set in July. It's now 3 and a half weeks post-launch, and there's no sign of the album, and only very slow and unhelpful emails back from the underworldlive address, the latest telling me that the order was dispatched before launch day, and must have been held up in the post.

When people in the states are getting their copies before me, when I could've walked to Romford and picked the damned thing up myself in the time since launch day, something's gone awry.

HELP!
