All it gripes about is that Underworld are old, their 90's albums were so good, and that Louisiana wasn't powerful enough (???) I don't think the song was supposed to be sung with "real strength"...it's not a power ballad! What an awful review...he didn't really have anything bad to say about the other tracks, in fact it seemed like he did like the album quite a bit. I read this review at work, so happy im not the only one who thinks its bullshit. the only reason pitchfork even reviews Underworld's material is because Thom Yorke gave his little "they've been a big influence on us". fuck them!
(on a side note, i like Radiohead pretty good, but they're fans are laughable)
