I pre-ordered the super deluxe set from UWLive the day they updated the site to accept US dollars. Received a PDF receipt July 23rd from Smith & Hyde Productions. Living in NY. Still no package. Potatobroth (also in NY) got their copy a week ago. Anyone else from the States get their pre-order copies yet?
