They don't have anything exclusive. They pull things from radio and web rips and promos and put it on bootleg CD-R and vinyl.
It sounds like there is an unreleased DJ Madskillz vocal remix, but the one they're offering is ripped from a Joris Voorn DJ set.
The Bird 1 edit is possibly the Radio Edit from the forthcoming single.
