i'm wonderin if you registered with two or three outlets - and itunes are issuing tickets for each outlet - that they might not issue tickets to more than the one main email address - no matter where you entered, but i'm not sure - but they prolly want as many different 'winners' to prevent - black market dodgy dealers (like Ian, knocking them off outside
