so let's say we have it. what do we have replays for? goal/no goal? offside? diving? foul? hurt feelings? where do we stop? how often do we stop? i'd say goal/no goal is quick - after that you're getting into no end of fucking schoolground yah-boo-sucks pissing about. as much gamesmanship will sneak in moaning and demanding replays as to make the game unwatchable.

well it wouldn't be so hard to have a certain limitation on replays. Either limit it to goal/no goal or give each side the right to call for a replay a certain amount of times per match. Personally after what's been happening in this World Cup I don't see how you could describe the FIFA's argument as "compelling" in any way, simple game or not. If the game is so simple, then why all the bad calls? Obviously it's not so simple to make the right decisions with the current referee system.
