Download Volo View Express. It will let you see AutoCAD Files. Or have the person who sent them to you make them PDF's. Not sure about editing. When ever I have to send my AutoCAD files to a different department I export the file into Corel Draw, for instance. They can be cleaned up there if need be for there use, but not transfered back up to AutoCAD.
