Talk about bloated rhetoric. Obama hasnt said that. He has explained the stimulus package some of which I agree with, some I dont in detail to the American people. He has faith in our intelligence. And he has faith that people will put aside partisan squabbles and listen.

Given your rhetoric, maybe hes got too much faith in that.
