Real Estate - Reality E.P.
I don't know how to describe their music, but there's guitars in it. It sounds like an old recording but it's a very recent release. I don't care much (yet) for the album (called "Real Estate"), but the Reality E.P. is gorgeous. Drum, Younger Than Yesterday and Dumb Luck are beautiful. I'd say go check it out.
