I haven't even turned it on yet. It can't be set upright, the bottom 'legs' of the mac tower are broken on one side at the base, so it sits lopsided. I'm afraid to let it sit like that for fear of the weight of it breaking the base off completely. I'm not sure how the insides took the impact, whatever it was that happened. The box looked fine, but you can see a big dent in the base of the chassis where it broke off. It clearly hit something pretty solid. I don't want to run it upside down; unless I can find some way to support one side of it, I probably won't turn it on. It was a corporate move, so the company will compensate me or replace the computer--it's just a pain. My data is on other hard drives, so not much lost there.... just a loss of time and inconvenience.
