is this ONLY available as Amazon / iTunes download???
I went onto the MA webpage (and it just sends you to iTunes)
I searched on both Amazon.com and .co.uk

...and have had no luck

I mean, "I want to support the band" and all... but if the leaked tracks were 320kbps, I'm certainly not going to pay for mp3 downloads

I was hoping for a cd copy at least
