Only Busy P and Crystal Castles got a chance to perform while the confused crowd waited for Chromeo to come on. The safety concerns started when impatient atendees were breaking into the entrance to get into the venue due to long waits by the security check and inside the Forum from people not wanting to wait to get in line to get into the floor and jumping over the seats down into the floor hurting themselves or others in the process.
The Fire Marshall got together with law enforcement backstage at the event and decided that the crowd would be to hard to control once the music started again. The Hard Festival organizers mentioned on Twitter that they will be making it up to Los Angeles and more info will come soon concerning any reschedule or refunds.
