Im fairly sure its 5am no? GMT goes forward one hour just like everywhere else in the northern Hemisphere i thought, so even though we have the time change here it is still the same time difference... and if the site is advertising GMT 5am +1 day then i will be connecting at 5am on the 8th of august.. just to be safe anyway.
