Hi dirts!
I'm running a lot lately and while doing so I'm always listening to my iPod. The last weeks I've used the Nike tracks by SMD and The Crystal Method a lot. And suddenly I thougt why don't use some tracks by your favourite band. I guess it will be pretty unlikely that R&K will produce some music for the Nike+ project, since Karl's dedication to Adidas. So I thought maybe it would be nice to compile te ultimate UW workout mix ourselves. So which tracks do you think would fit in a workout for approx. 45-50 minutes? Yesterday I walked with the Dark & Long single on, which was rather nice. And maybe I'll try the RiverRun tracks in the future, after all they are called River
Run...
