i've seen them 4 times in the states:
1999 Riviera Theatre, Chicago, USA
2002 Riviera Theatre, Chicago, USA
2003 The Fillmore, San Fransisco, USA
2007 Hollywood Bowl, Los Angeles, USA
the 1999 show was hands-down my favorite. i've never experienced a moment like when they dropped 'cowgirl' at the end of that set
