which antibiotics were you on? there is a myth - perpetuated by doctors, that you can't drink if you are taking antibiotics. Well, unless you are on Metronidazole family or erythromycin then you can drink in moderation without affecting the action of the antibiotic. If you get well pissed then they probably won't work as well but if you are on metronidazole and you drink then you will throw up big style. drinking with erythromycin just lowers the effacy of the drug.
