Another idea I though about was to eventually rebuild the mixer where you could reassign samples to each channel via drop down menus. The menus could contain dozens of samples from various Underworld songs. Flash has a limit of 8 audio objects per movie, but with that sort of setup you could theoretically mix a whole Underworld concert on your PC (minus Karl`s voice of course  ). I guess it would be kind of what Rick does live, but on a track-by-track basis instead. I`ve already looked into dynamically loading loops into a Flash movie like this and it might not be such a tremendous leap to change the mixer to do that. |
