He said they were on CD not DAT (just sourced from a DAT). That makes it easy. You can just use Exact Audio Copy to rip the CD. I recommend ripping to FLAC. Here's a tutorial:

You can then post the tracks a few at a time to file-sharing sites, such as Rapidshare:

Or, if you're comfortable with BitTorrent, you can upload the whole CD to a bittorrent tracker, like the RTSR one as Jan suggests, or a public one such as The Pirate Bay.
