Re: Name one album that you think everyone should have on their iPod...
Sweet - someone's already mentioned Pitch Black - Futureproof is ace, but the latest album Rude Mechanicals is very tasty too.

An entire album you say - does anyone still listen to albums as, you know, an album?

In the vein, of Caprice I think, who mentioned CCR - my choice, particularly for a long road trip would be:

The Band - The Last Waltz

Forget the politics of who pulled the plug - this is pure music from another era - an energetic, joyful, soulful, passionate pleasure.

And the talent captured on one album - outstanding - before they became known just as compilation filler or "classic rock" cliches.

Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, Van Morrison, Neil Young, EmmyLou Harris, Clapton, Muddy Waters, Dr John, Ronny Hawkins.

Listen and believe in music again.
