just a heads up the wine bar "syrah" is located on the north east corner of 5th & E and is located down a small flight of stairs beneath street level. there should be a bouncer at the top of stairs...

for what it's worth here are the set times from my sources:
Doors: 8pm
DJ #1: 9:00pm - 9:45pm
Blaqk Audio: 10:00pm - 10:35pm
Underworld: 11:15pm - 1:00am
DJ #3: 1:00am - 4:00am

it appears the original concert promoter wanting to bring UW to 4th & B was not able to follow through on the contract for whatever reason. there was also a los angeles radio station interested in...
