Only the Cowgirl 12" sold out before. The others (TMO and Dark Train), remained orderable throughout the drop period.

It's $52.17 to buy and ship this 12" to the US.
For the Baby Wants to Ride 12", I paid $21.47 shipped.
For the Long Slow Slippy 12", I paid $23.67 shipped.
Both of those were more limited than...
