Not sure about digital. AHDO is definitely remastered (the 2024 remaster we heard at Christmas time). The first 3 are the remastered from last decade. OwB and later are not remastered.

Yeah, it is interesting that they chose to do that, apparently deliberately, since BF and Barking both have the correct (differing) covers for vinyl/CD.

Probably because they want people to come see the shows in person. There have been a fair few full shows broadcast (streaming or, like, BBC broadcast) since EE, but those have always been ephemeral....
