These drops are time limited, so for the apparel, they'll print to order however many orders they get during the 5 day window.

Maybe it was a delivery error? They sent them a month ago, so that's long enough that it might have gone your way, and then been sent back. You could try e-mailing them (news@underworldlive.com)...

After placing an order, you should receive 2 e-mails. The first is the order confirmation, and it will have a subject that says "Order #XXXXX confirmed". There is nothing actionable in this e-mail....
