Got mine. Also included were 2 Toyko CD's, a pair of the Underworld Adidas shoes, and 7 LP's. But I might be making that up.

I haven't gotten mine as of yesterdays mail. I live in the US and I'm guessing they were sent from Montreal Canada. I can't believe customs would hold up the mail for a month.
