Re: UW Live Archive update!!!

Loving Twist @ Sofia. For a while I never really used to dig that song on the album, but Karl's guitar work and those sirens transform it into something else entirely when its done live. Great...

Re: Beaucoup Fish Survivor Round One

My thoughts exactly. It boggles my mind as to why Downstairs was included. PHM is a far better track. Needless to say this round is a fairly easy one. :)

Re: Everything; Everything DVD.

Just watched it last week actually, for the first time in a while. Still one of my favourite music DVDs ever. I also love the outtakes. ;)

Re: Second Toughest In The Infants Survivor Round 5

What was it, out of curiosity?

I'm predicting Ess Gee to be first to go by a huge margin.

Re: Second Toughest In The Infants Survivor Round 4

Come on Stagger, hang in there baby. Even though I know at round 5 it's gonna be all over.

Re: Selling England By The Pound or The Joshua Tree?

Haven't heard the Genesis album, but I used to listen to Joshua Tree obsessively as an early teen, so for nostalgia reasons alone it gets my vote.

We should know the answer to this one when BSS posts the results from his poll. :)

Re: Second Toughest In The Infants Survivor Round 3

Hooray, looks like Stagger's going to survive another day. :)

It pained me to vote out Air Towel though.

Re: Play Pig lyrics

I agree with Beautiful Burnout's suggestions, and would also like to add that I think it's "no flesh distractions" rather than "no flash distractions".

Re: Problems downloading new tracks

You can attempt to download the tracks as many times as you like, once you've bought it, it will forever show up in the downloads section of uwlive. I can only suggest to just keep on trying.

Re: 'Pizza For Eggs' thread

Now that I've given it plenty of listens to sink in, I think Play Pig is one of my favourite Underworld tracks post-Beaucoup Fish. I just love the mood of it, the lyrics and Karl's way of singing...

Re: 'Pizza For Eggs' thread

Nice catch. I didn't notice that until you mentioned it, but it definitely sounds like the same bit on the peel session.

Very, very nice release, Mr Smith and Hyde. I've fallen in love with it on my first listen. Absolutely wonderful.

Re: underworld has great starting album tracks,

Stagger is the best ending track of any album, ever.

The only Underworld stuff I share are bootlegs, same as any other artist in my P2P share settings.

Re: What happened to the Propellerheads?

I just found an interview with them in this week's edition of a local street press mag. Apparently they are working on a new album, but it's been fairly slow going because one of them lives in...

Re: What happened to the Propellerheads?

They're listed as playing at this year's Earthcore (http://www.earthcore.com.au/) festival in Australia, so it looks like they're still around in some form at least.

Re: Aussie DIRTS - BDO 06

I won't be going next year. There's a few bands in the lineup I wouldn't mind seeing, but collectively there's just not enough 'must sees' for me to justify the total cost it'll have to my wallet in...

Re: Broken Lovely Thing : A message from Rick and Karl
