Anyone meditate?
 

I learned how to meditate recently through trying to have good posture while sitting and standing. I now do it everyday and I can't believe the ease of mind it puts me into. It's literally like steatching out my mind from all the tension and chilling out.

anyways, i thought maybe some other dirts do what i do....
