Re-download code for liveherenow purchase?
 

I've purchased

Live Brixton Academy 31102008

at liveherenow. While I was d/ling the entire album as ZIP, my PC crashed. I saw that there is an option when clicking 'checkout' that says 'retrieve previous purchase', but you need a code for it.

I contacted liveherenow 'download support' via online-form, giving them all details that were mailed to me from click&buy when purchasing the album asking for a code to re-download. To no avail, they do not answer or even just send a confirmation they got the inquiry for days now.

Is there any other possibility to contact them?
