Aye, looks shit hot. Better than I was expecting.

(Not sure how the Magneto film will turn out though)

I finally saw this preview in the theater on The Day the Earth Stood Still and I wish I hadn't. Not trying to follow up negative1's negative post with another, but after the coffin nail that was X-Men 3 directed by that hack Brett Ratner, I wish they(Fox) would have let the franchise die and not gone down this path.

I enjoyed X-Men 3, so I will respectfully ignore your post. ;)

Fair enough.

I don't want to back slide but it felt like a rush job on Fox's part and it could've been much better given more time and patience.

Stumbled across this.

Don't know how long it's been around, but it looks better than the first one.

I saw the trailer before Watchmen... I can't believe Hollywood can't come up with anything better to do than rehash the 'person gets super powers' plot again. Seriously, it's been done about 20 times in the past 10 years, and not one of them (with the honourable exception of 'Unbreakable') had anything new or interesting to add to the genre. Worse yet, this isn't a 'brilliant reimagining of a classic superhero's genesis but (as far as the trailer went) it appears to be exactly the same stuff we already saw in the first X-men film!
