wel the trip itself will last from 6-10 hours approxiamately.
I haven't done it in a while but still have a bit in my fridge and would like to do it again sometime :)
It's best to really plan it ahead though, get some days off and make sure you feel good and at ease before you do it. It can get quite heavy at times and I've had a couple of bad experiences with it but also some really good ones. But you have to respect the drug so to say, just know that it's quite powerful stuff and don't mess around with it.

keep your true friends close, and do it in a non chaotic environment.
bad trips can be very traumatic ( thankfully i've never had one ).
i gots a 3 day outdoors music festival with a boatload of hippies, and me thinks i'll be having some again this coming weekend.
