Mathew Jonson - Marionette

The melody is both beautiful and haunting, and really evolves to something menacing. The way the beat finally comes in, with only a kickdrum going. The way the beat comes off with the sharp hi-hats.

I don't necessarily agree that it's the best techno track of all time, but I think it is pretty awesome, and can remember being blown away by it the first time I heard it (actually on a mix one of Winston's mates gave me at Fabric one time, funnily enough - I had no idea what it was called and it took me ages to find out). So STFU the lot of you :p :D
