Help with online shop and digital products
 

Hello :)

I've just ordered some 'digital' products on the underworldlive.com website and successfully paid. I've then received an eMail that I can download the tracks in the section "my downloads" - but it's empty, there are no tracks ... then I've written an eMail to the support@underworldlive.com - this adress doesn't exist. I'm quite surprised ... :confused:

Can you please help me, where I can get some support? Or are they just updating the site and I need to wait?

the shop has just been reopened a few weeks ago, therefore there still might me some hickups.
last time around (i.e. when the riverruns came out), sales ~a.t~ underworldlive was the address to mail to, but i don't know if it's still active or not.

The Shop appears to have completely disappeared now. Backwards progress makes me sad. :(

sorry about the downtime; but you no when we mess around it means something... i think, well you no... automagic started casting the wrong spellz...
