Underworld and Adidas
 

i know that UW were responsible for the Superstars Trainers created a while back, because of Karl's fondness of the shoes and the band's design hertitage, but i wondered if now, because of that involvement, Underworld were 'given' stuff by Adidas as part of a small sponsorship deal or whether they guys still bought their stuff from normal stores like most of us ( ;) )

i see Rick in recent pictures (on the 8th /9th October) wearing an Adidas tracktop, and that Karl has been sporting **'sparkling'** Superstar Trainers, which are either an exclusive pair or custom made... (i'd like to know more about those for sure!)

i'd be nice to know UW had some kind of deal with Adidas after their involvement, even if it was just getting free stuff now and again :)

i love Adidas gear, so i'm always happy to see the boys in it!! :)

I love adidas! The superstars trainers are the best and they look the coolest.

And I was thinking the same think, couple of years ago, if Underworld got some stuff for free from the company -- cause he has so many pairs!

But maybe he (Karl) is just a collector of adidas trainers, like Noel Gallagher, and buys them himself and Rick happends to have tracktops from them. But it would be nice to know, like you said.

thats why i didn't get any...because i didn't want them to just
be in a box..i would have worn them...and then they would
have gotten spoiled..

i have my pair in the box still. sadly the style runs a half size small. i think mine are 8.5's if anybody wants to buy them from me.

I wear my pair. But only when it's sunny outside and there's zero chance for them to get dirty. :)
And 200$ really are too much. I paid 60€ and i'm fairly sure you still get them for that.

I bought some Adidas shoes 5 days ago. They cost £9 and are very nice.
