holding the moth = globe?
oh!
|
Re: holding the moth = globe?
uh.. i guess thats the ten-char limit out the window.
i think what they call globe on the film might be the darc we all know. |
Re: holding the moth = globe?
yeah, i just heard a 30 second sample off of iTunes. i have to say that i never liked Globe... and Holding The Moth isn't any great shakes either.

Re: holding the moth = globe?
I must say, I thought Globe was very average...
but you can see why they changed the name of the track...Holding the Moth is epic, in a very great and strange way... Dubman, how did you come to this conclusion about Darc mislabeled as Globe on the DVD film? |
Re: holding the moth = globe?
i'm so confused

Re: holding the moth = globe?
couldn't we talk about this in the OwB thread?
Holding the Moth morphs into something quite different from what we heard as Globe on the '05/'06 shows, and it's a much more solid track all around. |
Re: holding the moth = globe?
Quote:
globe as we know it is now holding the moth, the only other unfinished track we know of with a set of lyrics that hasnt been released yet is what we know as darc. so it's not a wild stretch to say that the names have been messed around with a bit and we might see darc called globe. edit: re read the last post. that should read "for all we know" |
Re: holding the moth = globe?
That doesn't make any sense. Globe is the work-in-progress name for what eventually became Holding the Moth. On the Book of Jam Video, it's probably just one of those early versions of Globe.

Re: holding the moth = globe?
I don't know how you guys keep track of all these things. I've never heard of half of these songs that are talked about as B-sides/unreleased/changed-titles. Is there a list of sorts?
