According to her myspace page, it's the title track from her new album, which is due for release on 15th October (in the UK at least).

The link to pre-order on the myspace page also says there are some signed copies available on a first-come-first-served basis.

I kinda like the 303 bassline, but the song as a whole is quite boring tbh.

overpowered has been around for a month or two. this LP falls well short of the glory that was her first solo LP. herbert's production is sorely missed.

you have the album then? i havent seen it pop up anywhere yet. just the single Overpowered and the new single Let Me Know. Theres a couple of B-sides on Overpowered (Foolish / Sweet Nothings) but thats all i've seen. FTR i think its pretty good.
