Actually, I prefer that to the Jack Nicholson look in the old one.

That looks great. Oddly enough, I was just reading Arkham Asylum on the weekend and I had commented about how great The Joker looked in it, because they really emphasized his disfigurement.

Of course that's exactly what they've done here. Makes him instantly more interesting, IMO.

id always wondered about that. how can you fall into a chemical bath that bleaches your skin and gives you a demon grin but youre face isnt blistered and burned. i love that thats played up. nicholson was a good joker but he didnt come across as twisted. just mean. it was a more understated joker which is a bit odd.
if you ever want a good time with batman, get the old movie (adam west) on dvd and turn on the commentary with west and ward. incredibly funny
