Juanita...?
Who is Juanita? UW has a song named after her, she sings lyrics in a few of their tunes...I'm baffled.
Oh, and on another note, where does one go to introduce oneself? I be new in these waters. |
Re: Juanita...?
Juanita works at Tomato, the design company that Underworld is a part of. (I don't actually know what it is she does there)
Anyway, welcome to the forums: there's an introduction topic in the noise forum. |
Re: Juanita...?
computer stuff? ;)

Re: Juanita...?
Hang on tho Juanita is a Greyhound?
I remember when STITI came out and the band said they had named alot of the tracks after Greyhounds. Born Slippy a classic example! |
Re: Juanita...?
I don't think she will be that pleased by you calling her a greyhound :p
Yeah Born Slippy was a greyhound, also Pearl's Girl I think... |
Re: Juanita...?
Sappys Curry too
|
Re: Juanita...?
But not Juanita.
|
Re: Juanita...?
Yeah, I've read that every single song on STITI is named after a greyhound. Why is it that horse and dog races always have such strange (or wonderful) names?
The exception being Juanita,...and isn't that her voice on "Two Months Off"? (there was a little drawing of a heart...) |

I wonder if it is anything to do with the dog track at Romford, which is quite near to Barking - ya rly! :p Barking dogs 4tw :D Not to be confused with Catford dogs, in south east London.... |
Re: Juanita...?
the highest percent of dog owners in London happen to live in Barking too.
Another well known dog-track is Walthamstow, home to East 17 and Blazin' Squad... (is this the first time East 17 and/or Blazin' Squad have been mentioned in the UW forum? Do I win a prize? Or shall I just get my coat and leave?) |
