Remix contest Stay in bed today
 

I've participated in a remix contest by a Dutch band called Artefact. You can DL my remix here in mp3 and here in .wav. Mind you, the last one might be a MF to DL because it's 59 Mb. I'd gladly know your opinion. Gear I've used: 303 like sound is from my Roland SH101, bassline is from the Korg legacy collection and particularly from the Polysix. Beats are 808 and Linn drum samples. Thundersound comes from my Korg MS2000 and the rain also from the SH101. Other leads are tweaked samples from the original song. Mixed in Ableton live.

I'd like to add, that this is normally not my style of music. Personally I'm much more techno/electro based, while this song is too slick and commercial for my taste. But then again, you do learn a lot by making this kind of music, from time to time.
