the new ricky gervais comedy debut's tonight at 9:00 pm on bbc 2

apparently it's very funny in places but some of it falls a bit flat - still can't wiat to judge for myself :)

I never got all this fuss about The Office; I mean, it was all right, but the way he's fawned over you'd think the man shat Perrier awards.

I'll bet Extras will be the sort of shite you get when someone fatuously believes their own press. OK, that's a bit harsh - I just don't find him funny.

We'll have to wait and see.

Well, I haven't got the faintest idea of who you're all talking about...
But if you like stand up - I'd give Dane Cook a try. You have to watch him though - he incorporates himself in his routines - very animated...
