If you like I'm A Big Sister........Then check Biosphere out! I have been into Gier Jenssens work for years.Substrata is a must and probaly the best Ambient album out there with its Arctic sounds. Dropsande is the latest and i feel that Biosphere is in a league of its own in these sounds! Agree or Disagree anyone?

I need to check out more by Biosphere. All I have is a Biosphere remix of Nicolette's "No Government", which I absolutely love. Thanks for reminding me about it and recommending some specific stuff. I'll go have a listen...

Biosphere are excellent. Live @ Club Lek is one of the best albums, but I can't find it on CD. It's an obscure live recording, seems to be available only on download now. Must be hard to get hold of. Higher Intelligence Agency are also excellent. Check out Birmingham Frequencies, a collaboration between the two. But don't listen to it with mushrooms ;)

I think the best remix i have ever heard is Biosphere's mix of
James 'Shes A Star' its superb. The earlier albums are more beat based such as Patashnik but after that Biosphere went in a totally different direction and went deeper underground with some amazing sounds! :cool:

I'm listening to Microgravity right now. Really good stuff.

The Fires of Ork (with Pete Namlook) is alos good, uses a Blade Runner sample to great effect.
