Why Why Why
Maybe it was discussed, but Im asking. How could I recognize if my copy (I have two pieces) :) of Pink Rez is real promotional tool or bootleg?

On a side note, I read in the IDEA mag that Why Why Why is a cover of Woodentops' 'Why Why Why'. Well, I didn't know that... |

Credits...yeah, you are right about that, but Why Why Why hasn't really been properly released (apart from the Japanese Dubno 2cd and various compilations). Not sure what the 'rules' say about credits, though... I also read here that some Benny Staples, who joined Woodentops and co-wrote Why Why Why, later worked with Underworld engineer Mike Nielsen. Coincidence maybe... Finally, I thought the article in IDEA mag seemed well-written and well-informed, but what do I know... :) |
Re: Why Why Why
Did the Woodentops ever release a proper version of Why Why Why? All I could find was a live version on Baleric Beats vol 1.

http://eil.com/shop/moreinfo.asp?catalogid=237848#ps and its actaully on this album, both are just called 'why'... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...Fencoding=UTF8 i wonder 'why' they shortened it (or lengthened the name on some versions)? anyway, looking at the tracklisting of this greatest hits i might have to buy it again, some classic trackss, Stop This Car, Everyday Living, Move me and Well Well Well...i'm gonna track it down again. |
