ID a "Rez" bootleg?
Hey all,
i stumbled across an unknown remix of "Rez" in a dj mix. It's nothing special, just some extra drumloops, a few breaks, and a little bleep noise every now and again. i checked bigscreensatellite's tracklisting page, but since the track was mixed in, i can't ID it on length (only about 3 minutes appear in the mix). I'm betting it's the Atomic hooligans remix, but i honestly don't remember that one, other than it wasn't great, imho!:p Is it okay if i isolate the Rez remix from the mix and post it here for your discerning ears? Atomic Hooligan sent me a CD-R of these two tracks...(it did also come out on white label)...after they mixed it i suggested they send it to JBO, which they may well have done, which is possibly how they came to remix BS 2003...i know that they were wanting to ask JBO to release their mixes, but because the 2003 remix project was about to happen, JBO didn't want more remixes appearing and hence why they probably got on board the BS Nuxx remix... |
