I hadn't realized it til just now, but the channel label tags are missing! Does this gear change signal the end of their era? Sad to see them go, if so. Edit: Checking back they were still in use at the Abbey Road/Gorgon City gig 4 months ago. and further checking, they are still in use, just hanging on the laptop table to the left of this shot.

No idea how that kit even works. Seems a lot more condensed to be really. They do seem to be favouring the Funktion stuff

There were lots of Funktion branded flight cases at side of stage in Manchester. I'm not a gear head (not music anyway) and had no idea what Funktion was until now ! Still have no idea HOW it works - just glad it does

My gear is camera gear !

Yeah, UW is bringing a full Funktion-One PA rig on this tour, which they don't usually do. You can see a lot of photos and a little bit of information about it on the Funktion-One Facebook page:
