This Saturday at 3pm Karl returns to BBC Radio 6 Music sitting in for Gilles Peterson. He will be playing music he listens to between Underworld studio sessions; a mix of brand new, as yet unreleased material & music at the root of what inspires him.

Perhaps I've been burned by the hype train a few to many times (hey valve, can I play half life 3 yet? Its been 8 years since part two of the trilogy...) but I suspect this isn't new UW material, but rather some new from friends like efterklang or maybe some Hyde side project stuff we've not heard yet...

Hope I'm easantly surprised though!

Loved the playlist. Really great. Sadly, no new UW music and they are targeting NEXT year for a new record. Sad.
