Got me, though I wouldn't care too much as long as he made bail and got back to work..

A better joke might have been that he was charged with downloading Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys torrents off of the web.

it wasn't so much the "public intoxication", but it was the "disturbing the peace" that really made click on this post...

thought maybe he was walking around in his 80's Freur get up terrorizing people with his make-shift instrument!!! btw, that thing should be in the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame!
