Junkie XL - Fairlight EP
 

The Fairlight EP will be released digitally on March 23rd. The Fairlight EP contains 2 tracks "Made For Each Other", a collaboration with the legendary Jan Hammer. The B-side features a track called "Heart Of Darkness" which is Junkie XL on his own, picking up where Cosmic Rave left off.


Release date: Mar 23, 2010

Personally I think the B-side should be the A-side. Heart of Darkness has got some strong funky beats and it just builds til it explodes.

Cool I'll check it out. Didn't he also release a new album last year? I'm actually quite a fan of his stuff but I haven't really kept up with it recently.

I'm really digging his latest releases. Cosmic Rave was a great track and these Fairlight EP-tracks are pretty good as well. I always liked JXL's older work, but the latest two albums were quite disappointing. 'Today' had some nice tracks on it, but Booming Back at You' was a pretty commercial exercise. So I'm loving the way he's heading at the moment :)
